Weddings' Dress Code and Colors
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
Yes! Here are some friendly tips on what to wear. Our dress code is daytime casual, but since it’s a wedding, we’d like everyone to look a bit spiffy and chic. Here’s the scoop:
What to Avoid
Colors to Avoid: Black and white as a base color, as these are the bridal party’s colors.
Sweatpants and Overly Casual Wear and Accessories: Let’s keep it classy and comfortable—please leave the sweatpants, ripped jeans or shirts, baseball caps and flip-flops. Choose refined accessories that complement your outfit.
Formal Dress Wear: Ditch the ball and evening gowns, tuxedos and formal wear. We're going to be at a park.
What to Wear
Daytime Attire: Think light, airy, and classy. Sundresses, skirts, dress shirts, slacks, and blazers are all great choices.
Modest & Stylish: We want you to feel comfortable and look fabulous. Go for breathable fabrics and comfy shoes that still have a touch of elegance.
Something in Your Closet: We’re all about sustainability! Wear something you already own, rent an outfit, or choose clothing made from eco-friendly materials.
